Cold air diffusion scenting mechanism — this diffuser utilises "cold air diffusion" sub-micron diffusion technology which effectively and safely breaks down fragrance molecules, resulting in a more vibrant and complex fragrance profile.

Versatility and scenting control — this battery diffuser has two easy to use diffusion power settings; 50% or 100%. Once fully charged you can move it wherever you want. The battery will last for between 10-20 hours depending on power setting before it needs to be recharged (BATTERY INCLUDED).

FREE Luxury aroma oil refill of your choice — get one 15ml Luxury Range aroma oil refill bottle completely free with the diffuser. Simply select the oil from the dropdown menu above the "add to cart button".

Rechargeable Battery Powered Diffuser

Power settings = 50%/100%

At 100% power, oil lasts 18+ hours

At 50% power, oil lasts 36+ hours

Mains Powered Diffuser

Power settings = 100%/75%/50%/25%/10% power

At 100% power, oil lasts 18+ hours

At 75% power, oil lasts 24 hours

At 50% power, oil lasts 36 hours

At 25% power, oil lasts 72 hours

At 10% power, oil lasts 180 hours+

*Oil consumption figures are based on tests with a 15ml oil bottle. Oil consumption times will vary and depend on the diffuser type and particular oil used. Diffusion times are only applicable to our own machines.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns Procedure

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
