RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Return and exchange
If you return an item in its *original condition, requesting a refund/exchange within 30 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care Team using one of the options below. You'll need to provide your order number, details of the faulty item, and a photo or video of the fault.

How long does shipping take?

Regular delivery parcels are delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote locations may take slightly longer.

Australia Post Express Post parcels are delivered on the next business day.
Express Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it may not arrive by the next day.
