Afterpay is a new payment option available for orders at Scent Australia Home, giving you the flexibility to receive your purchase now and pay over four equal fortnightly payments, interest-free.

Who can use Afterpay?

To use Afterpay you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
• Use an Australian bank payment card
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Have a verifiable and valid ID

Where can I use Afterpay?

Afterpay can be used for any purchases of any proucts from our online range including soy candles, scent diffusers & diffuser oil fragrances.

How do I return items paid for using Afterpay?

You can return any item you are unhappy with back to Scent Australia Home in accordance with our standard online Returns Policy.

Refunds will be processed and communicated to you via Afterpay shortly after Scent Australia Home processes the returned item/s. The returned item/s.
will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date (depending if all the original order’s items are returned).

How to initiate a return

If you purchased your order online, click here to log in to your Scent Australia Home account or proceed as a guest.

Locate the item(s) you wish to return and follow all prompts to finalise the return.

Select ‘Confirm and Pay’. You’ll then be redirected to Paypal where you can pay for your returns postage label. You don’t need a Paypal account to complete this step.

Once you receive your returns postage label via email (allow up to 30 minutes) simply print out the label, attach it to your sealed package and drop it off at an Australia Post office or post box near you.
