Oil Usage

Rechargeable Battery Powered Diffuser
Battery diffusers have two settings: 50% and 100%
- At 100% power, oil lasts 18+ hours
- At 50% power, oil lasts 36+ hours

Mains Powered Diffuser
Mains powered diffusers have five power settings: 100%/75%/50%/25%/10% 
- At 100% power, oil lasts 18+ hours
- At 75% power, oil lasts 24+ hours
- At 50% power, oil lasts 36+ hours
- At 25% power, oil lasts 72+ hours+
- At 10% power, oil lasts 180+ hours

*Oil consumption figures are based on tests with a 15ml oil bottle. Oil consumption times will vary and depend on the diffuser type and particular oil used. Diffusion times are only applicable to our own machines.

Express Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it may not arrive by the next day.

Regular postage by Couriers Please does not require delivery and often the courier will leave you parcel in a safe place for you. 

Parcels delivered by Australia Post Express Postage will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home, a card will be left so you can pick your order up from your nearest post office.

SA Home Locations

At present we only sell SA Home products on our website. If you would like to sample our fragrances and products in person you can always drop by our corporate office at 126 Bank Street, South Melborne, Victoria and one of our expert staff will help you find the perfect fragrance for you.

We don't currently offer our oils in larger quantities however we do offer bulk discounts with 15% off for orders of 5-10 oils of the same fragrance and 25% off for orders of 10+ oils of the same fragrance.

Some reed diffuser liquids may discolour over time. This does not mean anything is wrong with your product or it’s fragrance, it just usually means that the compounds in the fragrance have been exposed to strong light sources such as direct sunlight. In order to prevent this be sure to place your diffuser away from direct sunlight.

No, only one code can be used per order.

After submitting your order you will see a confirmation screen with your order number. An email will also be sent to the emaill address supplied in the checkout. Please check your junk mail if you haven't received this to your inbox within an hour.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We also off payment via Afterpay.

Yes we currently offer Afterpay. Look for it above the "add to cart" button on product listing pages.

All products listed are in AUD.

At present we do not offer gift wrapping. 

Returns

You can exchange a product due to change of mind within 30 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it's unused and in resaleable condition.

Please note shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
