What is the difference between a return and warranty claim?

Our Returns Center is for our 30 Days Change of Mind policy whereas our Warranty Center is for defective product claims within 12 months of the purchase date. 

What is your warranty policy?

You can receive a replacement if your product is defective within 12 months of it being dispatched by us.

Please note shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Replacements will be processed within 7 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Please note: our warranty policy excludes custom-made orders. Custom orders are final, and cannot be returned.

The item I received is damaged

We’re so sorry to hear that you have received a damaged item.

Please lodge an enquiry through our Returns Center and we will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged item. 

Can I exchange my item?

We accept the return of all products under the 30 Days Change of Mind policy providing it’s unused and in its original packaging. 

You are welcome to request an exchange for an item under this policy.
