Our Returns Center is for our 30 Days Change of Mind policy whereas our Warranty Center is for defective product claims within 12 months of the purchase date. 

You can receive a replacement if your product is defective within 12 months of it being dispatched by us.

Please note shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Replacements will be processed within 7 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Please note: our warranty policy excludes custom-made orders. Custom orders are final, and cannot be returned.

We provide a 12 month warranty on all of our powered diffusers and wood diffusers. There is no warranty period for our oils, reed diffusers and room sprays. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please lodge an enquiry through our Returns Center.

We accept the return of all products under the 30 Days Change of Mind policy providing it’s unused and in its original packaging. 

You are welcome to request an exchange for an item under this policy.
